Can LHC-energy collisions access strong quantum gravity, and what would it look like?

If RS1 is realized, colliders would see a small number of spin-2 Kaluza-Klein graviton excitations with ~TeV masses and couplings of order Energy/TeV (not Energy/M_Pl), each individually detectable and reconstructable from its decay products; at energies somewhat above the weak scale the excited gravitons become strongly coupled and string/M-theory excitations open up from the 4D observer's viewpoint.

The strong-coupling-at-TeV feature is what makes RS1 a licensing model for collider black-hole/quantum-gravity production phenomenology: although the fundamental 5D scales are of order M_Pl, the apparent scale where gravity turns strong is ~TeV for an observer on the visible brane.
