Witten’s stability conjecture (credited in the abstract as E. Witten, personal communication) as adopted and elaborated by De Rujula and Glashow, who name macroscopic nuggets arriving at Earth “nuclearites”. Near-duplicate of the same conjecture as discussed in the RHIC safety review; merging is step 4’s job. Extraction is depth-limited: only the Nature abstract was reachable (see the argument node for details).
