What the analysis says

Does a Rubakov-Callan-catalyzing GUT-monopole flux exist at astrophysically relevant levels — H-20 - Solar-captured GUT monopoles catalyze proton decay producing a detectable low-energy neutrino flux against its constructed negation H-41 - No astrophysically relevant flux of catalyzing GUT monopoles exists. The prior already buries H-20 at [0.0291, 0.9709], almost entirely on the inflation-dilution factor (p_flux_survives = 0.10); one evidence block (CG-6, the Super-K solar null, discrimination 0.13) pushes it to posterior [0.0064, 0.9936].

What the model may not capture

This mechanism is barely LHC-connected at all: GUT monopoles (~10^16 GeV) are unproducible at 13 TeV, so the cluster reaches the main question only via the cosmic-ray/nature’s-experiment parallel. Exclusivity is clean (proposition vs. complement), so the live question is calibration — p_flux_survives is one guessed order of magnitude standing in for the whole late-transition scenario space.

What would help

A survey of post-inflationary monopole-abundance scenarios versus the Parker bound — exists, unread. Non-solar direct flux limits (MACRO, IceCube) — exists, unread.

Confusions and contradictions

None irreducible; prior and null agree.
