O-19 - PSR J0348+0432 orbital decay matches the general-relativistic gravitational-wave prediction

Combined Arecibo, Effelsberg, and GBT timing of PSR J0348+0432 measures a significant orbital decay Pb-dot = (-2.73 +/- 0.45)e-13 s/s, which after negligible kinematic corrections ((0.016 +/- 0.003)e-13 s/s) is entirely consistent with the general-relativity prediction for gravitational-wave emission: Pb-dot(obs)/Pb-dot(GR) = 1.05 +/- 0.18 - a strong-field regime (a ~2-Msun neutron star with ~2x the fractional gravitational binding energy of the double-pulsar neutron stars) untested before.
