Why this is evidence
H-1 predicts stopped cosmic-ray-produced stable black holes would have accreted Earth/Sun over 4.5 Gyr; H-2 predicts survival. Discriminates only for scenarios where such black holes are stopped (charged/EM-interacting); neutral ones escape, needing the WD/NS route.
