known_biases: Dynamic prospective cohort of Spanish university graduates (Universidad de Navarra, Martinez-Gonzalez group), diet by self-reported 136-item FFQ, self-selected highly-educated Mediterranean-diet population with strong healthy-user characteristics; egg-CVD analyses are event-sparse (few incident cases) so estimates are imprecise, and diet-pattern/lifestyle confounding plus the shared FFQ instrument move every SUN egg estimate together.
