Why this is evidence
The egg-TMAO rise is a single-meal postprandial flux, not a change in fasting steady-state, weakening the case that egg-choline→TMAO is a sustained operative exposure (H-54). Consistent with H-26/H-3 that the durable operative agent is not egg-choline.
