O-105 - The egg-induced TMAO rise was acute-postprandial (peak 6-8 h), a single-meal flux not a fasting steady-state change
Plasma TMAO was sampled before and at intervals up to 24 h after each dose. The design captures postprandial flux, not chronic steady-state TMAO under habitual eating.

Why this is evidence
This is the reconciling discriminator across the cluster: the Miller egg rise is a single-meal postprandial flux, not a fasting steady-state change. It is exactly the postprandial excursion H-42/H-43 describe, and it is compatible with H-29’s fasting null (Wilcox), so it separates “postprandial rise” (H-42) and “benign postprandial excursion” (H-43) from “no fasting/steady-state rise” (H-29) rather than contradicting the latter.
