known_biases - The shared empirical premise that ultra-high-energy cosmic rays (exceeding collider CoM energies) have struck astronomical bodies (Earth, Moon, Sun, white dwarfs, neutron stars) for billions of years without triggering catastrophe (vacuum decay, dangerous strangelet conversion, runaway black-hole growth). Presupposes the cosmic-ray flux is that high (independently measured by the Auger dataset, S-5). Common-mode failure: if the cosmic-ray/collider analogy breaks — cosmic-ray-produced states are relativistic and escape Earth while collider-produced ones can be slow and trapped (the exact loophole G-M/S-1 exists to close), or observer-selection bias forces us to observe survival regardless of true risk (Tegmark-Bostrom, S-23) — then every safety argument resting on this premise fails together, so reuses of it (S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, S-6, S-7, S-9) are NOT independent corroboration.
