The measured cosmic-ray flux extends beyond 10^20 eV - nucleon-nucleon sqrt(s) of order 400 TeV versus 14 TeV at the LHC - so over Gyr timescales Earth, white dwarfs and neutron stars have each hosted vastly more collisions at or above LHC energy than the LHC will ever produce.
