statement
The observed 4D Planck scale (~10^19 GeV) lies ~16 orders of magnitude above the electroweak scale (~10^3 GeV); collider energies (~10 TeV) are therefore ~10^15-fold below the scale at which 4D gravity becomes strong, so under standard 4D gravity no black-hole production at colliders is conceivable.
