Why this is evidence
H-1 predicts an isolated atherogenic-particle (LDL/ApoB) effect, which is what was seen. H-11’s non-ApoB variant (effect mainly via HDL or particle size) predicts movement in HDL/ApoA or triglycerides instead, and is disfavoured. H-5 and H-8 are near-silent on which fraction moves.
