Why this is evidence
The rise coinciding with failure to suppress endogenous synthesis is exactly H-2’s distinctive mechanistic claim (hyper-response = failed synthesis suppression). H-1, H-35 and H-36 are agnostic about mechanism and do not specifically predict the synthesis-suppression coupling; H-55 (noise/regression) predicts no such physiological coupling.
