O-63 - Free choline (choline bitartrate) raised fasting TMAO ~6-fold and increased platelet reactivity
The validated far-from-threshold positive control that anchors the trial: free choline at a dose comparable to the eggs’ choline content produced a large TMAO and platelet-reactivity response.

Why this is evidence
The same choline amount as the eggs, given in free form, raises fasting TMAO ~6-fold - the positive contrast that makes H-28 (chemical form, not total amount, drives TMAO) discriminable. If total choline amount drove TMAO, the egg dose should raise it too; that it does not (O-62) while free choline does points to form. H-56 (some other relationship) is disfavoured relative to the clean form account.
