Why this is evidence
A second, independent restatement of the region split: US 1.18 vs non-US 0.97 is predicted by H-8 and H-9 alike (both expect a US/non-US difference) but not by H-51’s uniform effect. The I2=0% homogeneity of the five US studies strengthens that the US-positive pole is a real, consistent association rather than noise.
