Why this is evidence
This is the specific scavenger-receptor / foam-cell mechanism H-15 names. Expected under H-15 and H-16 (real atherogenic mechanism); not expected under H-45, where TMAO is a passive marker with no biological effect on macrophages. Separates the marker pole from the mechanism poles.
