Why this is evidence
Same H-15-vs-(H-16, H-45) split as O-37: a human dose-dependent association is expected under H-16 and H-45 but only weakly under H-15 (human translation open). The association holding after adjustment for traditional risk factors leans slightly toward H-16 over H-45 (a pure unhealthy-diet marker would be expected to attenuate more), but it is cross-sectional/prevalent, so reverse causation and renal confounding (H-45) remain fully available.
